On October 29, 2021, our company underwent the DBJ Employees’ Health Management Rated Loan Program by the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ), and received a rating of “companies with excellent advanced initiatives to employees’ health management.”

On March 4, 2021, Fuji Corporation Limited was recognized in the large enterprise category (White 500) under the 2021 Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program, conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, for the fifth consecutive year. Up to last year, we were also selected three times for the Health and Productivity Stock Selection conducted by METI and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE), making our company the most selected real estate company.
These selections recognizes our company’s top-management-led efforts to raise awareness of health among all employees and conduct a range of flexible activities open to all employees that allow them to maintain their mental and physical well-being

This assessment of the company’s health management efforts enables us to maintain a real competitive advantage when it comes to recruitment activities, leading to the recruitment of outstanding personnel. Also, on the financial side, we have achieved excellent assessments from financial institutions and these assessments have led to us obtaining the highest possible rating under the Employee’s Health Management Rated Loan Program operated by the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ), enabling us to access financing from the DBJ.

Our entire company will continue to work together as one to maintain and improve the health of employees, making employee health management a focus of our management policy and a key strategy that will raise our corporate value and allow us to fulfill our social responsibility for all of our stakeholders—customers, shareholders, institutional investors, local community members, as well as contribute to the prosperity of Japan as a nation.
