Basic Philosophy of Corporate Governance

The training of officers and employees centered on our Management Philosophy is the very basis of the policies and systems of our corporate governance. Because we have in place officer and employee training and action guidelines rooted in our Management Philosophy, we are able to implement solid corporate governance and effective compliance.
Twice a year, all of our company’s officers and employees undergo 360-degree feedback. This system of evaluation ensures that each and every officer and employee is being watched and supported, and it thus gives us an effective system of checks and balances. But above all, thorough systems related to matters such as liaison, prior consultation, and comprehensive confirmation give us effective ways to share information and thus ensure that our policies are carried out in a consistent manner.

In addition, a basic philosophy of our corporate governance is to improve the efficiency and transparency of our management and gradually improve our performance, while also putting ourselves in our shareholders shoes and maximizing corporate value. We position these as the most important tasks of our management.
